Passage to Ethiopia and Eritrea
Passage to Ethiopia and Eritrea is a project from the workshop of travel and writing photography organized by the Association Cultura del Viaggio (in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and in partnership with Lonely Planet and Nikon) after the peace agreement between Ethiopia and Eritrea on 9th July 2018.
In 2019 various photographers traveled around the two countries for a month and a half telling stories, cultures and places.
Two group exhibitions were realized from the project: one in Asmara and one in Addis Ababa, with also a visual story telling in Macro Contemporary Art Museum in Rome.
Some of these projects have been published by El País.
